In Real Estate is Bigger Better?
In the “old days” the answer might have been yes, but in today’s internet world, size doesn’t matter. We all have access to the same resources. There is no big broker – small broker MLS, offices large and small can expose your home to the market.
What matters is the individual agent, their skills, knowledge and experience. It’s knowing the in’s and outs of the the real estate transaction, how to negotiate, knowing what the pitfalls are, how to keep you out of (or get you out of) a transaction that will tie you or your property up, it’s knowing how to price your property right to begin with. It’s a matter of trust. So bigger’s not better, it’s just….bigger.
